Joel Flores is Our New Compliance Supervisor!!!

PLATING CLASSES STARTING IN APRIL OF 2026

Joel Flores Joins the RPW/Elite Family

We are extremely happy that Joel has chosen to be our Compliance Supervisor.  He brings a lot of energy and passion to our team.  He showed great poise when he was  welcomed into our team by having an EPA visit only tw0 weeks after he started.  He helped us earn  a clean inspection from the EPA.  Such an excellent job of coordinating and working with our team and theirs to get all the information together and in a fashion that impressed everyone.

His job duties are all things government regulation and compliance related.  His job does not only include all the vigorous environmental issues that we deal with on a daily basis, but also, all of our customer compliance needs, as well.  His efforts and positivity are infectious, and we really enjoy his involvement and interactions with our team.  We are looking forward to bigger and better days ahead with Joel helping us to improve in all matters concerning our compliance.   

We asked Joel to give us a glimpse into his world and what makes him tick and this is what he said.

“I’m a man who found discipline and passion in kickboxing at a young age, although I never took it to a professional level it was something that shaped my spirit and drive. That love for dedication and hard work carried into the way I raised my kids, two of them who share that same passion and are professional Mix Martial Arts fighters. I also joined with Prolific Arms, a gun store, where we take pride in education. For me, it’s not just about business, but about responsibility, teaching gun safety proper gun handing and respect for firearms. I have recently joined the Reliable Plating/Elite Finishing team, where I plan to grow, elevate, and continue learning until the day I retire. From the very beginning, this team has been welcoming and supportive, and I am truly grateful and proud to be a part of it, even if just a small part.”

Plating Classes Will Be Held Again This Coming April

Please remember to sign up for our plating classes and tell your team and co-workers about it!!  Pick ANY Friday in April for your class!

This is a great class for Designers, Engineers, Salespeople, Customer Service People, Quality Inspectors and Mangers.  We go over design benefits, process capability, Cost Drivers, Process Options and much more.  We start with a free lunch and video of the process, we then give a tour of the process and our lab.  We finish in the classroom with info that will definitely help you understand the process and ways to potentially reduce cost and or improve quality. 

This class is also a great place to network as we have several major corporations attend and even more job shop facilities that may be beneficial to your company!
