I wanted to take just a moment to say thank you for all the help Reliable gave us through our plating line shutdown.  It was a bit of nightmare situation for us and we were not only scrambling to get our maintenance problems solved, but we were definitely scrambling to meet our customer’s needs.  On-time shipping is a huge focus at KI and we hold ourselves to a very high standard.  Late orders are simply not acceptable.  With Reliable’s help we avoided disappointing many of our customers.
